Terms of service
Short, because there is not much to agree to: nothing is charged for, nothing is collected, and there is no account to close.
What is offered
jamwi is a tool that runs in your browser. It is offered free of charge and as it is, with no promise that it is fit for any particular purpose and no guarantee that it will keep working, keep its features, or stay available.
Your songs are yours
What you write with it is yours: the charts, the arrangements, the exported MIDI and the printed sheets. Nothing here claims a licence over any of it, and nothing is uploaded, so there is nothing to claim it over.
What the app itself is
The application, its source and the sampled instruments belong to their authors. The samples are third-party recordings used under their own licences, listed in the repository; the styles and patterns are the project's own work.
What is not promised
Songs are saved in your browser's local storage. That storage is under your browser's control, not this site's: clearing site data, private browsing, or a browser deciding to reclaim space can remove them, and there is no copy anywhere else. Export anything you would mind losing.
To the extent the law allows it, nothing here accepts liability for lost work, lost time, or anything that follows from using or being unable to use this tool.
Changes
These terms can change when the product does. There is no account to notify, so the current version is the one on this page.
